    　 鈉離子交換器　　　SOODIUMION-EXCHANGING DEVICE     　 離子交換器是用于降低水中的硬度，生水由上而下通過(guò)交換器進(jìn)行軟化，水中含有的鎂、鈣、陽(yáng)離子與水交換劑的鈉離子互相交換；生水被軟化成為含極少的鈣、鎂、鹽類(lèi)的水（稱(chēng)為軟水），可用于鍋爐給水及一些工業(yè)用水。由于鈉離子在水中有很大的溶解性。不會(huì)在鍋爐內(nèi)部結(jié)成硬垢，并且容易排除，進(jìn)入鈉離子交換器的水，應(yīng)經(jīng)澄清過(guò)濾處理，基本上不含懸浮物。經(jīng)交換器軟化后，其剩余硬度不超過(guò)0.03毫克/升。
　 The exchanging device is for reducing the hardness of hard water. Raw water goes through the exchanger from top to bottom,to be softened by the sodiumion-exchanger inside the device.The positve ions of magnesium and calcium are exchanged with that of sodium.Then the raw water becomes soft water contiaing very few ions of magnesium and calcium.The soft water can be used for feedig water of boiler and for some industral uses. Due to its high dissolcing ability in water,sodium ions will not from hard sediment in the boiler and can be easily removed.Raw water shallbe filtered and settled with almost on suspended before coming into the Lonechaging device.After being softened on the device,the water's hardness shall be less than 0.03mg equivvalent/L.     　 UF系列高效超濾裝置　UF SERIES OF EFFICIENT SUPER-FILTER DEVICE     　 本設(shè)備是以高分子材料采用特殊工藝制成的不對(duì)稱(chēng)頭透膜，在壓力作用下，原頁(yè)在膜內(nèi)或膜外流動(dòng)，其中的高分子物質(zhì)，以及膠體粒子則被阻止在膜面，被循環(huán)流動(dòng)的原料帶走而成為濃縮液，從而達(dá)到了物料的分離濃縮和提純的目的。
　 This ultrafilter adopts dissymmetrieal semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process.The raw liquid flows under pressure,inside out side the film suface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid.Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated,and further more,the subtance in liquid is seperated.
